Abstract

Comment faire dialoguer en matière de gestion du risque, les démarches de contrôle de gestion, d'analyse financière, de contrôle interne et de qualité ? A partir d'une analyse des significations du risque, nous nous interrogerons sur les convergences et les spécificités de ces différentes disciplines pour tendre vers un système intégré d'approches du contrôle par les processus conciliant efficience , efficacité , sécurité , solvabilité, conformité dans l'organisation. Après une brève présentation de la problématique du risque dans le secteur de l'habitat social, nous vous développerons comment le gérer au travers d'une instrumentation qui s'articule suivant trois niveaux : planification ; gestionsimulation ; suivi au quotidien-autocontrôle. Enfin , nous soulignerons l'importance des acteurs dans la gestion du risque par une évolution de l'approche de spécialistes vers un développement de l'autocontrôle chez les opérationnels pour mieux appréhender les risques .
