L'Impact De La Décision De Financement Sur La Performance De L'Entreprise Mesurée Par La Valeur Économique Ajoutée (Eva)

Abstract

La décision de financement est l'une des principales décisions financières de l'entreprise. Avoir une structure du capital adéquate peut améliorer la performance de l'entreprise et par conséquent, créer de la valeur. Dans cet article, qui traite le cas d'une société industrielle tunisienne (AMS), nous proposons d'utiliser l'indicateur de performance EVA (Economic Value Added). Nous essayons aussi d'examiner la relation que peut exister entre la décision de financement et cet indicateur. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l'entreprise a détruit de la valeur pendant toute la période d'étude et que la destruction de valeur la moins importante ne correspond pas à la structure du capital qui englobe le maximum de dette. Ce qui confirme l'idée que chaque entreprise devrait chercher une structure financière optimale propre à elle, afin de créer de la valeur et par conséquent, d'être performante.
