Compétence des contrôleurs de gestion, utilisation d'ERP et impératif technologique, une analyse empirique

Abstract

L'article analyse l'évolution des compétences des contrôleurs de gestion et notamment l'apparition d'un besoin de compétences d'utilisation des systèmes d'information. Il propose une lecture des évolutions à l'oeuvre à travers le concept d'impératif technologique. La méthodologie est empirique, exploratoire puis explicative. A partir d'une certaine taille, les entreprises sont contraintes de mettre en place un ERP (impératif organisationnel) auquel doit s'adapter le contrôleur de gestion (impératif technologique). Cette étude fournit un modèle de compétence du contrôleur de gestion utilisateur d'ERP. Les résultats de l'étude menée intiment aux dirigeants de mieux comprendre l'impact des technologies sur l'évolution des compétences notamment financières des entreprises. L'étude menée confirme la prééminence de l'impératif technologique dans l'évolution des compétences en pilotage et en contrôle.
