Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse à l'évaluation de la performance des systèmes d'information gérant les essais cliniques. La complexité et les spécificités de ces activités soulèvent en effet la problématique de gestion de l'information. Les objectifs principaux sont les impacts économiques et managériaux d'une automatisation du processus de gestion de l'information lors des essais cliniques. Un modèle de simulation ainsi élaboré permet d'anticiper les conséquences de la variation des taux d'erreur lors de la transmission des données. Les résultats observés ont notamment mis en évidence qu'une automatisation performante du processus favorise l'exécution de multi-projets relatifs aux essais cliniques.
