Abstract

Un processus est caractérisé par du mouvement, de l'activité, des changements. Le concept de "moteur" est indispensable pour définir le mécanisme génératif qui entraîne le mouvement du processus. Les travaux de Van de Ven et Poole (1995) ont permis d'identifier plusieurs types de moteurs. En reprenant et en aménageant ce cadre théorique, on parvient rendre compte de "ce qui fait mouvement" dans un processus.
