Abstract

Les tensions suscitées par la mondialisation mettent à bas les idées reçues _ les déterminismes, comme la prétendue supériorité innée de la France _ et obligent à repenser la nouvelle planète des vins. Tout d'abord parce qu'elles exacerbent la concurrence entre les « agro-terroirs ». Or, il n'est pas certain que l'Europe et la France en particulier soient toujours les mieux dotées en la matière. Or, il n'est pas certain que l'Europe et la France en particulier soient toujours les mieux dotées en la matière. C'est pourquoi, à moins de ne choisir de produire que des vins de luxe, et partant de suivre une évolution similaire au textile, en voyant disparaître une partie de son vignoble, l'Europe doit impulser de nouvelles dynamiques.
