Abstract

Après avoir étudié les origines et les formes d'existence de la recherche industrielle coopérative, nous montrons les raisons qui ont conduit les gouvernements à intervenir dans le financement et l'organisation de cette activité, essentielle au regard des mutations technologiques contemporaines qui mettent au premier plan les technologies génériques dont les caractéristiques les apparentent à un type de bien public pur.
