Abstract

La prise en compte de l'histoire des deux régions est importante afin de mieux comprendre les différences actuelles, en particulier le problème de l'industrialisation et sa relation avec les crises. Les réactions des Etats sont différentes. Le problème de la "supra-nationalité" dans la régionalisation se pose également, de même que la façon dont on peut aider à construire des institutions telles que le Mercosur social.
