Abstract

Cet article est une introduction au numéro spécial de la RFG sur le thème Récits et Management, coordonné par l'auteur. Il présente les enjeux du thème du récit et de la narration tant dans les théories que des pratiques du management et présente l'articulation des 18 articles de la revue en quatre parties : 1. Récits de dirigeants ; 2. Les récits comme liant la stratégie à l'action ; 3. La place des récits dans le management des entreprises ; 4. Le récit comme outil d'intervention dans les organisations.
