Abstract

Rémy Prud'Homme a démontré avec Juan Pablo Bocarejo que le péage urbain introduit à Londres depuis 2003 est une « réussite technique et politique, mais un échec économique ». Que faut-il en déduire sur les vertus du péage de congestion. Tel est le débat retranscrit dans cet article entre Rémy Prud'Homme et Yves Crozet.
