Abstract

Les auteurs s'attachent tout d'abord dans ce chapitre à décrire la spécificité de la chine en matière de transport et singulièrement de chemin de fer. Puis, ils tentent de caractériser la saturation des chemins de fer chinois et d'en apprécier les causes. Enfin, ils s'interrogent sur les possibilités de s'affranchir et de résorber les goulets d'étranglement des transports.
