Abstract

En étudiant les relations de la France et de l'outre-mer à partir des questions financières, historiens, économistes et experts proposent une nouvelle lecture des rapports Nord-Sud à travers deux points forts : la liaison entre les phénomènes monétaires et l'économie réelle d'une part, et leur poids respectif comparé à celui des facteurs proprement politiques dans l'évolution économique de ces pays, d'autre part. Loin des analyses schématiques, ce colloque associant des études par pays et des synthèses thématiques fait avancer utilement la recherche sur un sujet trop longtemps passionnel
