Abstract

Ce sixième séminaire SITRASS, centré sur le partenariat public-privé, a abordé de front ces questions institutionnelles en faisant le point sur l'état de la réflexion et de la pratique en matière de mise en concession des infrastructures et services de transports. Les principales questions abordées étaient les suivants :- pourquoi s'engager dans la voie du partenariat public-privé dans les transports ? ;- quelles sont les principales modalités de ce partenariat, comment se fait leur régulation et quels sont les principaux facteurs de succès (ou d'échecs) de ces opérations ? ;- et enfin, quelle pourra être la contribution du transport à la lutte contre la pauvreté ?
