Parité professionnelle et parité familiale : quelle place pour des politiques de conciliation ?

Abstract

La présence désormais massive des femmes, en France, dans la sphère du travail salarié s'accompagne pour elles d'un temps de travail très important au sein de la famille. Le recours à la notion de « de temps parental » permet de mieux mesurer les inégalités de partage du travail entre les hommes et les femmes. Inégalités qui concernent aussi bien la nature des tâches effectuées que le temps pris par les activités domestiques. Marie-Agnès Barrère-Maurisson s'interroge sur les évolutions envisageables en la matière, du fait notamment des progrès dans la mise en oeuvre d'une réelle politique de la parentalité par les entreprises et les administrations - ce dont témoigne la reconnaissance du temps parental pour les pères -, et de la possibilité de nouvelles formes de partage des formes entre les deux sexes.
