Abstract

L'objet de ce chapitre est de donner un panorama du concept de systèmes décisionnels. Afin de décrire ce concept central dans la recherche en système d'information, nous aborderons tant les supports théoriques de ces systèmes en intégrant notamment l'approche de la décision en situation, que la question de l'architecture technologique nécessaire à la mise en œuvre de ces systèmes.
