Abstract

L'objectif de ce texte est d'introduire la question des migrations internationales et la figure de l'étranger au cœur de la réflexion sur le développement local en Italie, en amont - dans les processus de production - et en aval - en tant que clientèle. Les travaux portant sur ce thème, en effet, n'évoquent que rarement la question des migrations internationales, bien que l'Italie soit devenue un espace d'accueil depuis plus de deux décennies.
