Abstract

L'Intelligence Territoriale est un concept apparu en France au début des années 2000. Nous l'avons identifié comme la conjugaison d'actions d'Intelligence Economique et de Knowledge Management appliquées à un territoire. Ce concept propose une large gamme d'applications possibles et nous avons participé à la mise en oeuvre de certaines d'entre elles. Dans ce cadre, nous nous sommes particulièrement intéressé à des situations qui concernent : l'expression de problème lors d'une sous-traitance informationnelle de la part d'un spécialiste pour un décideur local. Dans cet ouvrage, nous abordons ce cas précis en en montrant la difficulté tout en proposant quelques moyens et conseils pour en faciliter la pratique. Ce livre correspond au travail de thèse de Stépahne Goria et s'adresse aux étudiants et chercheurs s'intéressant à l'Intelligence Economique ou aux problèmes d'expression de connaissances entre personnes. Il est aussi destiné au professionnel chargé de problèmes de recherche d'informations complexes (Veilleur, Consultant en Intelligence Economique ou Documentaliste) qui est à la recherche de méthodes pour l'aider à gérer ces types de problèmes qui lui sont régulièrement posés.
