Abstract

Les communications sont organisées en trois parties : logiques d'acteurs, interventions publiques, prix et coûts de transports.Quatre textes peuvent être regroupés autour d'une préoccupation de compréhension, voire de modélisation, du comportement des acteurs du transport routier de marchandises: transporteurs bien sur, chargeurs (commerçants et paysans), mais aussi garagistes et réparateurs de véhicules. Trois communications réfléchissent, directement ou indirectement, sur le rôle de l'état dans et face aux activités de transport. Les deux dernières contributions portent sur les coûts de transport de marchandises.
