Abstract

Il s'agit de l'introduction à l'ouvrage "Travail et reconnaissance des compétences", édité sous la direction de William Cavestro, Christine Durieux et Sylvie Monchatre. Celui-ci interroge la construction et la reconnaissance de la compétence à trois grands niveaux qui interagissent : celui de la relation individu-collectif dans l'entreprise, celui de la relation entre le métier de l'individu et de l'entreprise et, enfin, celui qui résulte des formes institutionnalisées par le dialogue social et relie l'entreprise à la branche professionnelle. Ces trois niveaux constituent des lieux de négociation et de confrontation des acteurs.
