Abstract

Pour traiter le problème de l'information et de la formation dans le secteur des transports en Afrique sub-saharienne, couvrant tous les différents types d'activités et d'acteurs du secteur, ce séminaire est structuré autour de quatre principaux points : la spécificité du problème dans les pays en développement ; les sources d'information et de production de données ; le problème de la formation des acteurs ; les conséquences de la dévaluation du franc CFA sur le secteur des transports dans la zone CEA.
