Abstract

Les deux sessions présentées dans ce tome 2 mettent l'accent sur l'évolution du rapport à l'automobile. C'est en premier lieu le développement de nouveaux usages en relation avec l'évolution des modes de vie et la prise de conscience des atteintes à l'environnement. Mais ce sont aussi les incitations et les contraintes liées aux moyens d'actions réglementaires ou tarifaires qui posent le problème de l'équité des mesures envisagées. La présentation de quelques politiques alternatives vient alimenter la réflexion de responsables de l'Etat et de collectivités au cours d'une table ronde centrée sur les conditions de mise en œuvre de ces politiques.
