Abstract

Il est impossible de ne pas communiquer... Bien plus que le reflet d'un courant de pensée en communication, il s'agit ici d'une réalité de la vie contemporaine. Quel que soit notre cadre professionnel, nombreuses sont les occasions où nous avons à communiquer, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, avec nos clients et nos fournisseurs, nos supérieurs, nos subordonnés ou nos collègues. En se fondant sur une démarche avant tout pragmatique, ce guide vous permet d'améliorer votre efficacité personnelle en surmontant les difficultés les plus fréquemment rencontrées dans l'utilisation des supports usuels de la communication : courrier, compte rendu, prise de parole en public ou dans un groupe, etc. Les thèmes abordés, comme les exercices proposés, ont été choisis à partir des besoins fréquemment exprimés par un large public composé de cadres d'entreprises et d'administrations, de responsables d'associations ou d'étudiants. Les apports théoriques se limitent à ce qu'il est indispensable de savoir pour une communication réussie.
