Abstract

Cette contribution s'inscrit dans le champ de l'étude des dynamiques territoriales dans le contexte de la mondialisation. Elle étudie plus particulièrement deux questions : comment les acteurs d'un territoire national sont-ils impactés par la mondialisation, et ce territoire demeure-t-il un espace pertinent pour l'action politique ? Dans ce contexte, l'Etat constitue-t-il encore une autorité politique nécessaire et efficace pour la régulation économique des dynamiques territoriales engagées dans un espace national ?
