Abstract

Cette communication porte sur les évolutions entre accès à l'eau (formel/informel) et espaces urbanisés (formels/informels) sur les territoires péri-urbains de Mumbai, Inde. Sous l'ère des reformes économiques et la mise en place des politiques économiques libérales, des années 1990, il s'agit de regarder au croisement des politiques d'aménagement du territoire et du développement d'infrastructures urbaines, afin de comprendre la ségrégation du réseau et de l'accès à l'eau sur ces territoires.
