Abstract

Ce chapitre étudie comment une SSII peut s'approprier, formaliser et partager, entre les membres d'une même équipe de projet, les connaissances de ses clients sur leurs besoins, leurs métiers et leurs processus dans le cadre d'un projet de système d'information. Quels types de connaissances sont explicités pour être transférés au cours d'un projet de SI entre un client et une SSII ? Quels outils peuvent être mobilisés pour favoriser le processus d'appropriation des connaissances client ? Quel est le rôle des outils dans ce processus ? Les auteurs explorent ces questions en étudiant le dispositif et les outils qu'une société d'ingénierie et de conseil éditrice d'un ERP a mis en place pour organiser et instrumenter le processus d'appropriation des connaissances client.
