Abstract

De natures très diverses, disséminées, souvent méconnues et difficiles à mobiliser, les connaissances tacites sont pourtant au cœur du pilotage de l'entreprise, de la conduite du changement et de l'apprentissage individuel et collectif. Leur gestion peut ainsi devenir un enjeu pour les managers et les responsables d'entreprise.Les technologies de l'information et de la communication, et les systèmes d'information apportent des outils et des solutions fragmentaires pour formaliser, mémoriser, transférer et partager des connaissances explicites ou explicitables. Mais dans quelle mesure contribuent-ils au management des connaissances tacites ? Dans quelle mesure aussi, le pilotage d'un projet de système d'information nécessite-t-il de savoir identifier et mobiliser certaines connaissances tacites ?Neuf contributions, co-écrites par des cadres et des chercheurs, associent réflexions scientifiques et expériences terrain pour tenter d'apporter des points de repères et des éclairages sur la prise en compte des connaissances tacites dans et par les projets de systèmes d'information.
