Abstract

La logique compétence instaurede nouvelles formes d'engagement entre l'entreprise et ses salariés. Ce sont les ressorts et lesparticularités de cette nouvelle relation que nous nous proposons d'examiner. Nous nousdemanderons si la logique compétence est réellement en mesure de susciter et de soutenirl'implication et l'engagement des salariés dans la relation de travail.
