Abstract

Le chapitre consacré aux éléments socio-économiques de la valorisation des substances naturelles sur le Territoire de Polynésie française couvre quatre dimensions : contexte et contraintes locales spécifiques, dynamiques existantes de transformation et valorisation de produits et substances naturelles, interaction entre innovation et projets dans le Territoire, domaines d'intervention pour une politique publique et un appui à la valorisation des substances naturelles. L'analyse se fonde sur une observation du milieu, des dispositifs institutionnels et des acteurs. Elle s'appuie sur des cas précis ainsi que sur une compilation des données statistiques publiées. Elle propose des thèmes structurant pour la mise en place de la politique publique.
