Abstract

Les projets de gestion des connaissances (KM ) fleurissent dans de nombreuses organisations mais les apports effectifs ne sont pas délimités clairement. Tandis que certains auteurs ont formalisé théoriquement les impacts du KM, nous avons choisi d'axer plus particulièrement la recherche sur les pratiques des utilisateurs. Nous présentons, dans ce papier, les observations d'un terrain que nous suivons depuis trois ans. L'idée est de montrer, au travers d'une étude longitudinale qualitative, comment les pratiques des individus évoluent dans un projet de KM inter-entreprises.
