Facteurs structuraux et épistémiques comme apports au management des communautés de pratique

Abstract

Dans ce papier, nous proposons les résultats d'une étude empirique de différentes communautés dans le but de soutenir l'idée que les organisations ont un rôle à jouer dans la création de certaines structures organisationnelles telles que les communautés de pratique (CoP). La compréhension des communautés est fortement inspirée des travaux de Lave et Wenger (1991) et les paramètres observés de Thompson (2005). Les communautés de pratique peuvent cohabiter les unes avec les autres et coopérer avec d'autres formes d'organisations collectives. Leurs caractéristiques ont été définies (Wenger, 1998) et nous proposons, dans ce papier, de les illustrer concrètement en utilisant le cadre des paramètres épistémiques et structuraux des CoP (Thompson 2005). L'objectif est de comprendre comment les organisations peuvent soutenir leurs CoP (Brown and Duguid 2001).
