Abstract

Ce papier présente une définition large de la conscience collective au sein des équipes virtuelles. Dans cette perspective, nous nous proposons de valider une typologie de la conscience collective à deux dimensions : la conscience des activités et la conscience sociale. La partie empirique mise en œuvre consiste à valider la structure bidimensionnelle de la conscience collective à travers la construction d'une échelle de mesure. Pour y parvenir, le paradigme de Churchill nous a servi de cadre méthodologique tout en intégrant des outils d'analyses statistiques comme les méthodes d'équations structurelles. Les indicateurs classiques de validation confirment la nature formative de la conscience collective, basée sur les deux dimensions proposées.
