La norme ISO 9001 version 2000 : une aide pour gérer les compétences en PME ?

Abstract

Les grandes entreprises, qui disposent déjà de référentiels de compétences et d'un système formalisé d'appréciation, ne trouvent pas nécessairement dans cette norme un grand bouleversement pour leurs pratiques de GRH. Mais il en va différemment des PME, qui sont de plus en plus concernées par l'ISO alors que leurs pratiques de gestion des compétences étaient jusqu'ici modestes ou informelles. Peut-on alors dire que cette exigence de mesure et de formalisation peut favoriser une meilleure gestion des compétences dans les PME ? Pour ce type d'organisation, la norme ISO fournit-elle une porte d'entrée et une méthodologie pertinentes ?Le propos de cet article n'est pas de rendre compte d'une enquête exhaustive sur le sujet, mais de faire part d'une réflexion appuyée par l'observation de quelques cas concrets .Commençons par analyser de plus près le modèle de gestion des compétences porté par la norme ISO, avant de discuter de sa pertinence pour les petites et moyennes entreprises.
