Abstract

Entreprises saines ou défaillantes constituent de véritables opportunités dans le contexte actuel du vieillissement des chefs d'entreprise. La santé financière de l'entreprise reprise impose une spécificité des opérations. Les processus conduits par les personnes physiques sont différents, ne serait-ce que par les parties prenantes impliquées ou par l'encadrement de la procédure judiciaire. En dehors du rôle des deux principaux acteurs de la transmission-reprise (cédant, repreneur), quelle est l'influence des autres interlocuteurs (salariés, partenaires commerciaux, acteurs judiciaires, institutions, ...) ? Les auteurs proposent une matrice soulignant le rôle des différents acteurs en fonction de l'avancement dans le processus de reprise.
