Abstract

Plus les innovations de produit sont radicales plus elles se révèlent performantes. Pour favoriser l'expression d'idées en rupture, la pensée analogique, avec en particulier la synectique et la pensée latérale, est un outil approprié. Mais pour être efficace le recours à ces techniques doit s'appuyer sur le contrôle d'un certain nombre de paramètres concernant aussi bien les compétences des membres de l'équipe créative que leur motivation ou leurs capacités cognitives.
