La contradiction comme outil d'aide à la réflexion stratégique prospective

Abstract

L'intervention consiste en une présentation d'une méthode qualitative / quantitative d'aide à la réflexion stratégique prospective. L'originalité et le caractère innovant de cette méthode dénommée Shift System résident dans son objet d'étude central : les contradictions entre individus et au sein des individus. Trois raisons fortes ont procédé de ce choix.1. Les contradictions sont des éléments explicatifs du monde contemporain. 2. Les contradictions constituent des indicateurs du changement3. Les contradictions sont sources d'innovationLa contradiction est non seulement un bon outil théorique, c'est aussi un outil aux applications marketing directes et concrètes. Les quelques exemples de stratégies d'innovations (et desuccès) mises en œuvre dans des secteurs aussi différents que les médias, l'automobile ou la téléphonie mobile montrent tout l'enjeu pour les marques : identifier les contradictions et leurs résolutions, c'est comprendre les changements, s'y adapter et anticiper les réponses (produit, communication) à proposer.
