Abstract

Entre coopération et compétitivité, un des principaux enjeux de l'enseignement supérieur est l'attractivité. Afin de répondre à ces enjeux, il est fondamental que les établissements d'enseignement supérieur élaborent et mettent en oeuvre de véritables politiques de mobilité à l'international, en particulier en terme de pays, voire de régions cibles. Ces politiques doivent s'inscrire dans la durée, la cohérence et l'efficacité. Cet article montre donc les politiques menées par certains instituts universitaires et souligne l'apport spécifique de l'international dans le processus d'acquisition des connaissances essentielles à l'insertion européenne des étudiants.
