Abstract

La pénurie d'infirmiers a entraîné différentes solutions pour pallier le manque de compétences pour conserver une offre de soins satisfaisante. Le recrutement des élèves infirmiers par la voie de concours fournit des pistes d'investigation sur les arbitrages qui dominent les décisions nationales pour les professions et ceux qui prévalent pour les financeurs locaux dans l'organisation spatiale de l'offre éducative pour ces filières paramédicales. Des traitements économétriques mesurent l'impact des variables individuelles ou institutionnelles ayant une influence sur la réussite au concours d'accès aux Instituts de Formation aux Soins Infirmiers.
