Relecture d'une expérience d'initiation à la Pensée complexe : les Ateliers des Sciences de la Compléxité

Abstract

Cette contribution propose une relecture d'une expérience d'initiation à la pensée complexe d'élèves de niveau bac+1 au sein d'une Ecole d'ingénieur en informatique, électronique et automatique. Cette initiation a été organisée comme une expérimentation in situ destinée à m'apporter un matériau concret à partir duquel approfondir ma réflexion sur la formation à la pensée complexe.Après avoir précisé les objectifs et les modalités pratiques de cette initiation, tels qu'ls ont été définis au sein de l'Ecole, le projecteur est successivement porté sur chacune des deux phases de cette formation, à savoir, 1) l'acquisition des connaissances et 2) la restitution et la transmission des connaissances. Sont alors décrits les concepts de la pensée complexe que j'ai chosi de présenter à ces étudiants et les modes de présentation adoptés pour l'acquisition des connaissances, ainsi que les raisons qui ont motivé ces choix. Diverses observations sur la restitution et la transmission des connaissances sont ensuite proposées. Le dernière partie est consacrée à une discussion de cette expérience.
