Gouvernance complexe et organisation apprenante : retours d'expériences

Abstract

Le projet de cette contribution est de relire quatre expériences concrètes de gouvernance d'organisation très différentes (du pilotage d'une expédition polaire à la gouvervance territoriale en passant par la direction d'entreprise), en s'éfforçant de les entendre dans leur compléxité et de les appréhender au travers du prisme de l'organisation apprenante. L'organisation apprenante est en effet souvent présentée comme un mode de fonctionnement adapté à la complexité des organisations et des contextes dans lesquels elles interviennent. La relecture conjointe de ces expériences permet de dégager un certain nombre de lignes de force. Mais, en conclusion, plutôt que de se satisfaire de ces premiers résultats encourageants (les lignes de force dégagées), il est proposé de poursuivre le travail épistémique en suggérant deux voies différentes.
