Abstract

Le nouveau capitalisme qui voit le jour (caractérisé principalement par un gouvernement d'entreprise où la finance domine en opérant à l'échelle mondiale) met en porte à faux le niveau "national", quasi exclusif jusqu'alors, d'expression de la citoyenneté dans l'organisation de l'activité économique. La sortie de cette grande crise impose un déploiement des niveaux de réglementation politique de l'économie, un déploiement relevant de l'affirmation d'une citoyenneté mondiale en plus de la traditionnelle citoyenneté nationale. Dans une première partie, nous présentons cette proposition générale, en la justifiant. La seconde partie en explicite quelque peu les moments successifs à propos du couplage de la régulation financière et de la régulation salariale, autrement dit de la mise en cohérence entre la forme du rapport financier et celle du rapport salarial.
