Les relations professionnelles au Maroc : violence et justification

Abstract

Cette communication se propose de donner, dans un premier temps, quelques faits stylisés permettant de caractériser les relations professionnelles au Maroc dans un contexte de transformation institutionnelle du rapport salarial (élaboration d'un nouveau code du travail) sous la contrainte de la compétitivité externe. Sur la base d'enquêtes portant sur des situations réelles de conflits de travail, il s'agit, ensuite, d'analyser, en termes de régimes de justification, les différentes postures des partenaires sociaux impliqués dans une épreuve critique et de proposer l'esquisse d'une configuration des tensions sociales, de leurs mobiles et de leurs points focaux.
