L'agriculture face au développement économique : un combat inégal ou des politiques périurbaines à construire

Abstract

L'agriculture est une activité économique de faible poids dans la région urbaine grenobloise caractérisée par un fort développement technologique ; elle tient pourtant une place essentielle dans le schéma directeur voté en 2000. Pour comprendre le rôle joué par l'agriculture périurbaine dans l'élaboration du projet d'aménagement de la région urbaine, il convient de préciser les différentes fonctions qui lui sont reconnues et d'analyser la diversité des modes de prise en considération de l'agriculture dans l'élaboration de projets de territoires, au niveau communal et intercommunal. L'agriculture est un enjeu fort des politiques périurbaines d'aménagement, mobilisant élus locaux, aménageurs et certains représentants de l'agriculture.
