Abstract

L'accroissement du nombre de recours en justice des salariés ainsi que l'évolution de la loi font du harcèlement psychologique au travail un thème très discuté en France aujourd'hui. L'objectif de cet article est alors de faire le point sur ce concept en répondant à trois questions essentielles : 1- qu'est ce que le harcèlement psychologique au travail ?, 2- quels sont les déterminants et les conséquences du harcèlement psychologique au travail ?, 3- quel est le rôle de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines en matière de lutte contre le harcèlement psychologique au travail dans les entreprises ?
