Abstract

Cette communication essaye de percevoir la place, la nature et le rôle des organisations qu'on dit d'économie sociale et solidaire. Pour se faire, elle a choisi trois entrées : -une entrée par des acteurs : les associations d'habitants afin de saisir "l'entrée en économie" et la place de l'activité économique dans un projet principalement social ou politique ; - une entrée par une activité : la culture, pour comprendre le processus de structuration d'un secteur en profonde recomposition, qui est contraint de s'émanciper de la tutelle publique et qui cherche à échapper à la marchandisation, sur la base des principes de l'économie sociale et solidaire ; -une entrée par un statut : la coopération de production, en vue de saisir les enjeux de l'exacerbation de la concurrence sur des formes plus anciennes d'économie sociale et les modalités de leur transformation.
