Abstract

Dans un premier temps, cette communication explicite l'idée que le développement est une affaire d'acteurs et de réseaux d'acteurs. Dans un deuxième temps, on abordera la relation particulière qui lie les PME au territoire local, ceci pour montrer comment celles-ci combinent un enracinement territorial très fort avec une réelle ouverture internationale. Enfin, dans un troisième temps, à partir de la définition de la notion de système productif localisé, on exposera dans ses grandes lignes l'approche territorialisée du développement qui paraît particulièrement prometteuse dans les pays en développement.
