Le processus de restructuration en Indonésie : une illustration des ambiguïtés du "post Consensus de Washington"

Abstract

Dans un premier temps, cette communication explicite la notion de "Consensus de Washington" et en rappelle brièvement les grandes lignes. Il s'agit ensuite de lister les principales mesures élaborées depuis 1997 et appliquées en Indonésie, sur la base de l'examen des Lettres d'Intensions (LOI) publiées par le gouvernement. Enfin, ces mesures sont évaluées afin de déterminer si elles se démarquent des préconisations effectuées dans le cadre du consensus de Washington ou si, au contraire, elles perpétuent l'approche précédente.
