Abstract

La mondialisation des firmes induit-elle un risque de moins-disant social ? La stylisation de leurs stratégies mondiales permet de valider deux scénarios très typés : si les stratégies commerciale ou multinationale sont plutôt neutres sur les modèles sociaux, la stratégie globale est porteuse de risques d'autant plus probables que les modèles sociaux sont déjà en crise.
