Abstract

La politique de formation continue des jeunes faiblement qualifiés en Rhône-Alpes poursuit trois objectifs : qualification, lutte contre l'exclusion, adéquation à l'emploi. Ce chapitre discute de la difficulté de mise en oeuvre d'une politique aux objectifs potentiellement contradictoires, et de la cohérence entre ces objectifs et les comportements actuels d'entrée dans la vie active des jeunes.
