Abstract

De nombreuses analyses du vieillissement démographique ont été produites en France et en Europe. Elles convergent sur le constat de la faiblesse du taux d'emploi des quinquagénaires. Cette contribution insiste sur la prise en compte des niveaux de salaires par âges dans l'analyse. Elle explique la pertinence des stratégies inclusives en s'appuyant sur la notion d'investissement de l'employeur dans un Capital Social plus important. Le texte conclut sur l'idée d'une relative fécondité de cette démarche malgré des limites certaines.
