Abstract

Nous cherchons à établir dans quelle mesure les critères qui président à l'organisation de la production synchrone peuvent être transférés du système automobile au système d'assemblage industriel des produits récréatifs. Après avoir présenté les enjeux et l'organisation du système synchrone dans l'automobile, nous essayerons d'établir les possibilités d'étendre ce système et les limites à l'adaptation directe de ce mode d'organisation. Ceci nous permettra de replacer en perspective les éléments de volume, de vitesse et de variété dans l'organisation industrielle.
